Welcome to FireflyNook. These terms are a plain-language agreement between you and ROYAL SALE LLC (30 N Gould St # 49736, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), the company behind FireflyNook. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.
1. Who can use FireflyNook
Accounts are for adults. You must be at least 18 to register, purchase, or manage an account. FireflyNook is designed for parents and guardians who play our stories for their children — children themselves are never our account holders, and everything in a child profile is entered and controlled by you, the parent.
2. What the service is
FireflyNook delivers original children’s bedtime stories — audio narration, read-along text, and printable activity sheets — by email and through our website, plus downloadable children’s materials in our shop. Children can earn badges and printable certificates by completing stories. All content is digital; nothing is shipped.
3. Free trial
New accounts start with a free trial. When the trial ends, access to member content pauses until you choose a plan. We never convert a trial into a charge automatically, because we never hold your payment details.
4. Payments — no auto-renewal, ever
Plans and shop purchases are single, one-time payments made to ROYAL SALE LLC, either by bank transfer or by card through our payment processor, Whop. Nothing renews automatically. When a plan ends, you decide whether to purchase again. Card payments are handled entirely by Whop on their secure checkout — we never receive or store card numbers or bank credentials. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
5. Your account
Keep your password private and your email address current — stories and receipts are delivered there. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away through the contact form if you believe someone else has accessed it. You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings, which permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Your license to our content
All stories, audio, worksheets, downloads, artwork, and branding are owned by or licensed to ROYAL SALE LLC. Your subscription or purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use them within your own family and household. You may print worksheets and play audio for your children as much as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly perform, upload elsewhere, use commercially (including in classrooms or paid childcare settings without a separate agreement), or use our content to train AI systems.
7. Fair and safe use
Please don’t: share one account across multiple families, attempt to bypass access controls or download limits, scrape the site, misuse the certificate verification service, or submit false information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules or abuse the service, refunding any genuinely unused, undelivered value at our reasonable discretion.
8. Certificates and badges
Certificates are fun recognitions of listening milestones — they are not educational credentials. Each carries a unique number and QR code that anyone can check on our public verification page, which shows only the certificate title, the child’s first name, and the issue date.
9. Honest limits of our promises
We work hard to deliver a story every day and keep the service running, but we provide FireflyNook “as is”: occasional interruptions, delivery delays, or errors can happen, and we do not guarantee sleep outcomes or behavior changes — every child is different. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROYAL SALE LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above always shows the current version, and meaningful changes will be announced on the site or by email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting any consumer rights that the law of your own country grants you and that cannot be waived.
